Now, to do the same, visit Krea AI again. It’s the same AI-lip sync tool we just used.
But this time, make sure to change the model to Hedra instead of Fabric.
Then upload your image and audio clip.
Hit generate and wait.
Once again, this is a bit of a slower model. I had to wait for surprisingly long when I tested this one with a longer clip.
Also, what makes matters worse is that there is a percentage bar, but it never moves the right way. This way, there’s no way to tell how long you have to wait.
I was sure that the app had crashed with one of my projects. But then, after an hour or so, all of a sudden, it gave me results.
To do this, just sign up to OpenArt (if you haven’t already). Then choose the video option from the left.
Click the “Lip-Sync Video” feature.
Choose OpenArt’s own model from the list.
And upload your image and audio.
Notice that here you can give details for the AI for the clip. For example, you can tell the AI to “Make the character stand up while speaking” or something similar to give it some action.
However, even though this is possible, it’s not necessarily great. I tested it, and the results mostly turned out completely uncanny and unnatural.
To use it, just drop your target image on their website.
Then pick an audio clip and drop it into this view:
Or you can also record your audio on the spot.
Then just hit create.
But as you can see from the result, this tool is just not that good. It’s free, so that’s pretty cool. But the results just aren’t there.
Pros
Free to use
Fast processing
Works with audio, image, or video
Cons
File size limits
Only supports one face
Basic customization
Very poor results, honestly
But don’t stop reading yet!
I will actually not introduce any worse tools. But at this stage, let’s switch the category from these lip-sync tools to AI dubbing/translation lip-sync tools.
That’s pretty crazy to me! I honestly don’t know why people are not talking about HeyGen more. Yes, it’s popular, but I think it’s one of the more impressive tools out there.
Nonetheless, let me show you how to use it.
First, sign up for HeyGen AI.
Then choose “Translate Video”.
Then select the Hyper-Realistic Translation from the options.
Then upload your video.
Choose the target language.
And wait for the AI to translate and lip-sync your video.
The craziest part here is that this is free to use. You can translate/dub up to 3 minutes of footage free.
This gives you a good idea of whether you should invest in it or not.
I love it and still wonder why not more people are hyping this up!
Here are a few AI UGC ad videos I made using Arcads.
Here’s my first try:
How to Use It
Next up, let me show you how to use this tool.
Step 1: Create an Account
First, go to the Arcads website and sign up.
Answer a couple of questions related to your business.
Then, pick a plan.
I chose the Starter plan to try it out properly.
After you get a plan, the first step is to add your product.
For example, I added my friend’s clothing brand logo and shirt as the product.
After that, you’ll land on the main dashboard.
This is where you create your ads.
Step 2: Create Ad Script
To create an advertisement using AI, you need to create a script.
The easiest way to write a good script is to follow this simple structure:
Hook: Start with something that catches attention.
Problem: Talk about the issue your product solves.
Solution: Show how your product helps.
Call to Action: Tell people what to do next. Like “click the link” or “try it now.”
Keep your sentences short and natural, like how people talk on TikTok.
Before jumping into the UGC ad options, let’s first make a regular video ad. I went with the new Sora 2 Pro model for this one.
Here’s my input:
Ever wish your tennis tee looked good off the court too?
Most tennis shirts scream, ‘I just left practice.’ Not exactly what you want when you’re grabbing coffee after a match.
This one’s different — it’s built for the game, but looks clean enough for brunch, errands, or just chilling courtside.
Serve style and comfort. Tap the link and get yours now.
Also, to let the AI know what the product looks like, I added this image.
Then I just hit create.
The tool just asks to confirm the creation.
And off we go.
One thing I didn’t like is that the AI didn’t say how long the video would take to make.
But after a few minutes, it was done.
Here’s the first ad I made:
I love how it turned out.
It looks super realistic, and the voice sounds natural and clear, just how I wanted it.
The only issue is that it’s too short. I accidentally told the AI to make it 8 seconds long.
I’ll remake the same ad, but this time I’ll set it to 12 seconds (that’s the max length).
Here’s the second clip:
That’s already much better.
I also like how natural the tennis shot movement looks.
The only issue left is that the ad still feels a bit short. But now it actually finishes around the 10–11 second mark, so I can just trim the extra bit at the end.
Next, I tested the Talking Actors feature.
There’s a huge list of viral TikTok/Reels-style actors you can choose from.
You can filter the actors based on the filters, too.
I chose Thomas as my actor.
I hit send and waited for a couple of minutes for the ad to create again.
That one looks amazing. It’s super realistic. Just like one of those viral TikToks.
The only downside is that in this mode, you can’t place a product in the actor’s hands.
Other than that, it’s a really impressive piece of tech.
Also, keep in mind that if you pick a PRO actor, you’ll need to upgrade to the PRO plan.
This part wasn’t a pleasant surprise. Without any trial or real guidance, you’d need to pay over $2,000 to unlock all the actors.
Also, with the $100 plan, you can only make around 10–20 videos per month. That’s not much, since you often need a few tries before getting the perfect result.
But for UGC ads, it’s still really great. Most of the time, the AI gets it right in one or two takes.
As a bonus, here’s a cool beta feature in Arcads that helps make your UGC ads even better.
It’s called the Unbox POV feature.
Just pick it from the chatbox list and upload your product image to the view:
Then choose a template:
I went with the good old table option, where I’ll unpack the product.
Here’s the result I got:
It’s not perfect yet, but there are definitely some cool and usable clips you can take from it as b-roll.
I’d rate it a good 7/10. Some moments look a bit off, but other parts honestly look like professional shots of me unboxing the product.
If you don’t want to repeat my actions, feel free to just follow along. I’ll still be able to show you what using a tool like this is like.
First, head over to their website and hit “Create Your First Ad”.
Then sign up.
Create your project page and let the tool know a bit about yourself.
Then pick a plan. This tool is a lot cheaper than others on this list.
Once you’ve purchased a plan, it’s time to create an advertisement.
I chose the “Avatar Video” feature to create my UGC AI ads.
After this step, you can either write the script yourself or write it with AI.
I chose the latter. I told the AI that I wanted to create an UGC ad for a tennis short.
In just seconds, it created a 700-character script.
Then the tool asks you to pick a voice actor. There are lots of actors on the list. You can use the filters on the left to sort the list.
I chose Richard as my voice actor.
Then the tool asks you to do the voice settings. You can change clarity, tone, emotion, and speed.
I recommend keeping your target audience in mind with these. Some people prefer the ADHD style more than calm and regular speaking.
Nonetheless, now you have to create the voice clip for the AI.
Once that’s done, preview the voice clip. Make sure everything sounds good.
If you like what you hear, it’s time to create the ad. At this stage, the AI does a lip-sync with the voice clip it just created.
Be prepared to wait for the AI to create the UGC ad for a while.
After waiting for about 30 minutes, I got my first UGC ad from this tool.
Here’s what it looks like:
Isn’t that cool?
I mean, unless you pay really close attention, there’s no way to tell if it’s AI or not.
Obviously, in my case, the biggest issue is that this dude is just explaining stuff without showing anything. For example, I’d love it if there were some edits with the shirt he’s talking about. Or at least, there could be some way to add the product in the video somehow.
Yes, there are editing options.
But as you can see, those are just for changing the words in the script, plus adjusting the voice.
Let’s try to create another one.
This time, I’ll create an advertisement about my new course where I teach people how to rank on Google.
Here’s the result:
I mean, this is so cool. She has the accent and everything.
Once again, there’s no b-roll or edits. But still, the actor is so realistic that I don’t know what to say.
In fact, I’m a bit worried about what happens to the internet once these types of services flood the content, and 99.9% of what you see is just AI-generated. It’ll probably dilute the impact of blogs, videos, and images…
But for now, you can gain a competitive edge with tools like this since not many are using them yet.
Next up, let’s try the b-roll video feature.
Since there’s no way to directly add b-roll to those UGC ads, there’s at least another separate feature that does this.
Then just upload an image to the view.
For example, I’ll use my tennis t-shirt image.
Then the tool creates a description of what happens in the b-roll video. You can tweak it as much as you like, but I’ll keep the default settings for now.
Then just hit “Confirm & Use This Image” to get started.
Then just wait for the AI to create the footage for the UGC ad.
Here’s what I got for my t-shirt:
That’s pretty cool! It looks as if I had taken a good video with nice background music.
To be honest, I don’t think clips like this are a good fit for UGC ads, since they might look a bit too professional.
But, for example, the shirt clip I just did doesn’t look too professional, and I’m sure it would be a nice addition to one of the clips I made earlier, since there, you just have a person speaking.
Affogato is an AI tool for creating UGC Ads and regular video ads from text.
But this tool also shines in regular ads in 16:9 format.
Here’s an example ad I just made:
Crazy, huh?
The way this tool works is simple: You give it an idea, and it builds a full video with a script, visuals, voice, music, and captions.
It’s made for ads, TikToks, Reels, and product demos in general.
Let me show you how it works, share some more results, and give my overall thoughts on it.
How to Use It
Now let me show you how to use this tool and what kind of results I got with it.
To start creating with Affogato Agent, go to their app.
Next, upload an image of whatever you want the video to be about.
For example, I’ll upload a photo of this Coke can.
Then, tell the AI what kind of video you want to make and the style you want it in.
For example, I’ll ask it to make a “Halloween-inspired TikTok ad for this Coca-Cola can.”
Next, pick your character from the “Character” list. I’ll go with Auto for this one, but you can try any of the other AI actors too.
First, the AI will create a script for your video, given your instructions.
You can edit the instructions if you want, and you can also adjust each scene by generating new images or adding video prompts.
But for my first test, I just wanted to keep it simple and use the default setup.
Then, process the video. The AI usually takes around 5–10 minutes to build all the scenes.
For example, my video has seven short scenes that the AI is now creating.
To keep things moving, it renders each clip as soon as it’s ready instead of waiting for the whole thing to finish.
Here’s my sample video:
That’s insanely good, right? Sure, it’s a bit generic — but honestly, this blew past my expectations.
I gave it just one simple prompt, and it came out with that.
But maybe that was just a lucky hit. Let’s try again. This time, I’ll use a photo of a sweater from my friend’s clothing brand.
I wanted to make a tennis-themed TikTok for this merch since it’s a tennis brand.
Here are the scenes the AI came up with:
I tweaked those just a touch with the timeline editor.
And off we go! Let’s see what it comes up with this time.
Other than that, I think the script and scenes look solid, so I just let the AI generate the video.
Here’s the result:
This ad turned out really cool. The first three scenes look super realistic.
The voices, timing, and flow all feel natural, too.
The only issues are in the last two scenes, where some objects move in weird ways. For example, in the final clip, a tennis racket slides right through the shirt.
But that’s easy to fix. You can regenerate the scene, upload your own image, tweak it, or even use a video prompt to guide it.
Just modify the script or regenerate the video.
Pricing
Here’s the Affogato AI UGC ad generator pricing:
Standard: $14 per month. Best for small creators.
Ultra: $41 per month. For growing businesses.
Pro Max: $151 per month. For agencies or heavy use.
Enterprise: Custom pricing with extra credits and support.
Credits roll over each month. Annual plans are cheaper.
Let me quickly run through some of the main features of this tool.
Type in your idea and get a draft video in just a few minutes.
Use custom avatars or upload your own characters.
There are voiceover options in lots of languages, all with lip sync.
Music and captions are added automatically.
Editing is easy. You can swap clips or change the pacing in seconds.
Add logos, fonts, and product shots to keep your branding consistent.
As you can see, this is a great tool. Most of these features actually work, which is more than I can say for a lot of similar tools I’ve tried before.
Pros
This is way easier and cheaper than hiring an agency to make videos.
The tool is super simple to use. Just drop an image and describe in one or two sentences what you want it to do.
You can edit every scene and take almost full control if the AI doesn’t get it right the first time.
There are lots of AI actors to pick from.
Cons
The tool can be a bit slow and sometimes laggy. There’s no progress bar, so you don’t really know when it’s done.
Short video limits are on the cheaper plans.
Higher plans cost more (but still way cheaper than hiring a team, think 10–100x cheaper).
Some videos need tweaks before they’re usable. There were fewer AI quirks than I expected, but a few scenes didn’t work, so I had to recreate or edit them.
This AI image upscaler takes low-resolution images and turns those into high resolution using AI. It’s easy to use and just takes seconds to run on your photos.
Let me show you my results and how to use this tool.
Here’s an example of a before-and-after image that I got from this tool:
Disclaimer: This article is reader-supported. If you choose to pay for the tools listed in this article, I might earn a small commission at no cost to you.
Main Features
Before I show you my results, here are the main features of Aiarty:
High-Resolution Upscaling — Enhances images up to 32K resolution.
Noise Reduction — Removes noise from images.
Deblurring — Makes images clearer by removing blur.
Detail Enhancement — Adds fine details to your images.
Batch Processing — Lets you process multiple images at once.
Offline Functionality — Works without internet; available for both Mac and Windows.
Three AI Models — Includes More-detail GAN, Smooth Diff, and Real-Photo.
Versatility — Works with many types of photos, including AI-generated images.
My Experience
Let me show you how to start using Aiarty to enhance/scale up your images.
1. Install
Usually, I test online upscaler tools.
But this one is a downloadable program. It works on both Mac and Windows — which is rare in this space.
Then just activate your license. You can do this for free as a first-time user using this page: Aiarty Image Upscaler Free
Then I opened the program for the first time.
It has a very simple, easy-to-use interface. Just drag and drop images into the window, enhance their resolution with AI — and that’s it!
When I started testing it, I noticed that even smaller images took a while to upscale.
Sometimes I had to wait 2–5 minutes.
I was also a bit confused by the “Waiting for inference…” message that showed up after the upscaling should have been done.
But that’s a minor issue! Let’s see how the tool actually performs.
Aiarty has three upscaling models:
More Detail GAN v2
Smooth Diff v2
Real Photo v3
Each model works differently depending on the type of image.
You should try all of them to see which gives the best results.
For example, one might work better on real photos, while another does better on AI-generated images.
1. Example: More Detail GAN v2 Upscaler
To pick an upscaling model, just click “More Detail GAN v2” on the right side.
Then wait a bit. The time depends on the size of your image.
Here’s the result I got:
As you can see, the image on the left is blurry and pixelated.
The one on the right is smooth and sharp. It doesn’t even look like it was AI-processed.
It looks realistic, which is exactly what I like!
Here’s another image I upscaled using this mode:
Pretty cool, huh?
This one looks a little artificial, but that’s easy to fix by lowering the upscaling factor.
For example, 8X might be overkill. I think 2X or 4X could give better results instead.
2. Smooth Diff v2
I then tested the Smooth Diff v2 model.
Once again, here’s the original image versus the upscaled version:
Looks good, though a bit blurrier than the previous model.
This shows why it’s a good idea to try different Aiarty models and upscaling factors.
Here’s the model working on my holiday image:
Here, the result is also a bit blurrier and less sharp.
3. Real Photo v3
Finally, let’s try the Real Photo v3 version.
Here’s the before-and-after:
I like this one because it’s subtle.
It doesn’t make the image too sharp or overly detailed.
At the same time, the difference isn’t huge. It just removed some pixelation and smoothed the image a bit — but not as much as I wanted.
That’s why I’d say the first model gave me the best results.
For comparison, here’s a before-and-after with Real Photo v3 for the holiday image from earlier:
Upscaling people
One thing I noticed is that Aiarty isn’t great at upscaling people.
For example, here’s me upscaling a photo of myself from 2012:
The Real Photo v3 model doesn’t change people much.
The other models could fix this, but they tend to make people look weird, so I wouldn’t recommend using them for portraits.
Overall, though, it’s a solid tool. It improves your images, is easy to use, and is way faster than doing it manually.
Using Aiarty on MidJourney Images
One of the standout features of Aiarty is upscaling AI-generated MidJourney images.
Here are some before-and-after examples using Aiarty. (All of these are AI-generated with the MidJourney model:)
Aiarty gives it that extra sharpness and push to take it to the next level!
Seedream 4.0 is a new AI tool for creating and editing images in one place.
It handles tricky tasks well, like following references, reasoning through details, and generating images based on knowledge.
It can make high-quality images up to 4K resolution.
The funny part about this one is that just as we thought Nano Banana would be the best AI image editor/generator, this one came around and is clearly better.
Let me show you my results.
My Results

Prompt 2:
Prompt 3:
Notes
It took a while to generate these (roughly a minute in total) but the results are insanely impressive.
This AI image generator nails details, like in the first image.
It can create images of humans that look natural and not uncanny at all.
Also, it can create more complex scenes with movements that look natural, too, such as the street view from Tokyo.
But to be honest, this is not even a surprise. The Seedream 4.0 model is said to be the biggest rival of Nano Banana, which was just released too.
The AI art space is going so fast right now!
Even this one might be completely outdated next month.
Nano Banana, part of Google’s Gemini 2.5 Flash Image suite, creates super-realistic images from text or photos.
This model is best known for its ability to edit images. But it’s also a great image generator, and that’s why I added it to this list.
It lets you combine multiple images, make targeted changes, and keep the subject looking consistent across different images.
My Results
Prompt 1:
Prompt 2:
Prompt 3:
Notes
Very impressive and high-detail results in just 30–40 seconds.
The iguana image is great, but to be honest, it looks a bit like a painting, instead of a real image. I think Nano Banana is best for editing images, but not necessarily for creating them.
The older lady’s image looks smooth. It’s not as sharp as the one created by Seedream 4.0, but it’s still close.
In the Tokyo image, I like the fact that the faces aren’t completely messed up. Although if you zoom in a bit closer or pay close attention, those still look unnatural.
But as I mentioned, this one is best for editing images. Not creating those.
If you have any images that need a final touch or polishing, this AI image generator model has got your back.
Juggernaut Flux Pro is the top model in the Juggernaut FLUX series by RunDiffusion.
It makes really realistic images with better quality, sharper details, and more natural textures.
It can create high-resolution images up to 1536×1536 pixels.
Let’s see the results I got with it!

Prompt 2:
Prompt 3:
Notes
This one was great as well.
Based on these three tests, it actually fares well against the best ones on the list.
The iguana looks realistic. Exactly like one of the stock images you can download from the internet.
The old lady also looks sharp and detailed. In my opinion, this one is just as good as the other top tools on this list.
In the Tokyo image, I wish I had used a higher resolution. But you can still see that it looks like a real image taken in the city at night.
To save me some time (and money), I didn’t use the highest image quality settings with the rest of these models, since the top 5 are already out there.
Midjourney is a popular AI tool for creating realistic images from text.
You use it on Discord by describing scenes, objects, or ideas.
It has different models like V5, V6, and V7 that improve detail and realism.
You can refine images with options like — style raw, and use Style or Character References to keep a consistent look.
It can even turn images into short videos for extra creative possibilities.

Prompt 3:
Notes
This one got the loudest “WOW” out of me.
I remember when I heard of this AI image generator for the first time back in 2022. It was crazy impressive then already.
Now that I tested it again, it was even better.
The iguana image looks absolutely fantastic. The detail and definition is so crazy. But at the same time, it’s a bit of an artistic one, rather than an ultra-photorealistic one.
The same goes for the image of the old lady. It looks kind of realistic. But at the same time, it’s quite artistic, and also different from the other images I made.
I think the Tokyo image illustrates this perfectly. It’s a mix between a photo-realistic image and a painting/3D rendering.
I noticed MidJourney is not listed as a photorealistic image generator, but more of an AI art generator in a lot of roundups like this. And I definitely agree.
But I wanted to include it on this list because the results are bind-blowingly good, even though AI-generated images are not a new thing anymore.
OpenAI’s GPT-4o is a multimodal AI that can work with text, video, audio, and images.
It’s good at following prompts, generating accurate text, and using its built-in knowledge to create realistic images.

Prompt 2:
Prompt 3:
Notes
The ChatGPT image generator surprised me the most on the list.
The iguana image looks very smooth. However, it looks almost like a 3D render, rather than a real image.
The old lady looks ultra realistic, though. Perhaps even a bit too smooth to be a real photo. But still, very minimal uncanniness.
The Tokyo image is not that great when it comes to photorealism, though. It looks like a painting. Of course, you could prompt it differently, but the point here was to give one attempt for each tool.
ChatGPT is also pretty cool because you can try it for free for a couple of images. Chances are you’re likely using it already, so why not give it a spin with images?
Also, ChatGPT can edit images pretty well. Before Nano Banana and Seedance 4.0, I called it the best AI image editor. And it’s still the top 3 in my opinion.
6. OpenArt PhotoRealistic
OpenArt Photorealistic is OpenArt’s AI model for creating ultra-realistic images from text.
It’s great for marketing, product mockups, storytelling, and more.
The model is fast and easy to use, giving photo-quality images with realistic lighting, textures, and details.
My Results
Prompt 1:
Prompt 2:
Prompt 3:
Notes
This one was one of the first on the list that did not give great results.
In fact, if you compare all three AI-generated images to any other tool’s corresponding images, you can see they look quite different.
The iguana has weird colors. Never seen one like that!
The lady’s face looks like a wax model, and the curtain behind her looks like a fishnet.
The Tokyo street image looks overly saturated and fake. Almost like a 3D rendered scene. Also, the people are doing funky things with their legs in there.
This one is still great, and would have blown my mind a couple of years ago. But now, it’s just not there anymore.
7. Flux Kontext Max
Flux Kontext Max, made by Black Forest Labs, is an AI model for creating detailed and realistic images from text.
It makes photorealistic visuals that stay consistent, which is great for storytelling, marketing, and other creative projects.
You can give it long scripts or detailed descriptions, and it will generate a series of images that keep the same style and story.
It’s fast and takes care of complicated visual details well.
One of its core features is that it’s very fast. Instead of waiting for 30–60 seconds, this one does it in just a few.

Notes
From this point on, I won’t be commenting on each image separately every time. Especially since the quality of these AI image generators starts to drop a bit.
But considering that this image generator is so fast, it produced really impressive results.
Back in 2022, you would have had to wait for 10–15 minutes to get images like this. Now it just took a couple of seconds.
8. STOIQO NewReality (ALIENHAZE)
STOIQO NewReality is a modern AI model for creating photo-like images.
It lets you capture detailed portraits, beautiful landscapes, and even bring mythical creatures to life.
The results are pretty precise and give a lot of variety.

Here you can clearly see that we’re moving out of the top 10. These images once again would have been crazy impressive 2–3 years ago. But now those just look like cheap AI-generated shots, which they kind of are.
9. AlbedoBase-XL (albedobond)
AlbedoBase-XL (by AlbedoBond) creates photorealistic images from your text inputs.
It captures fine details and natural color gradients really well.
It’s said to be great at making lifelike visuals with accurate lighting and textures.
Let’s see the results, though.

Notes
I’d say this one also goes to that “It would be impressive if it were 2022” category.
Yes, the images were generated fast, and this model is very cheap.
But also, these images are nothing compared to the ones that the top tools do.
10. Juggernaut XL (KandooAI)
Juggernaut XL, made by KandooAI, is a photorealistic AI image generator.
It creates highly detailed and accurate images with enhanced realism.
It works well for all kinds of creative projects.
Let me show you my results with this AI image generator.

Notes
This one isn’t that photorealistic to me, to be fair.
The last image looks like a painting. I already saw images like this 2–3 years ago.
Also, the lady’s face is 3D-like or looks like it’s made out of wax. Not realistic at all.
11. Realistic Vision V5.1 (SG161222)
Realistic Vision V5.1, made by SG161222, is known for ultra-realistic images.
It’s great for anyone who wants highly detailed, lifelike AI-generated visuals and images.
It is said to deliver top-notch quality and realism.
But now, let me show you my results with this AI image generator.

Prompt 3:
Notes
Other than the last image, these generations look pretty good to me.
Yes, the definition is missing because I didn’t use AI upscaling on this one. If I did, the results would look slightly better.
However, you can still clearly see it’s not even close to being the best one out of the bunch.
12. epiCRealism (epinikion)
epiCRealism, made by epinikion, creates lifelike images with accurate details and realistic lighting.
It works well for both artistic and commercial projects.
It focuses on photorealistic rendering and maintaining consistent visuals.
Let me show you my results with this AI image generator.

Notes
Other than the last image, these AI-generated images turned out pretty good.
All of them look a bit blurry because I didn’t use AI upscaling.
If I had, it would look a little sharper.
Even so, it’s clear this one isn’t the best of the bunch.
13. CyberRealistic (cyberdelia)
CyberRealistic, made by cyberdelia, focuses on photorealistic images of natural and urban scenes.
It highlights texture and clarity.
It’s great for creating realistic visuals with a cyberpunk vibe.
But now, let’s see if it actually delivers.

Prompt 3:
Notes
Here, the results are otherwise good, but the uncanniness kicks in in every one of them.
The iguana has a weird look and posture, which instantly gives it away.
The lady looks realistic otherwise, but her earrings are very strange.
And then we have the classic with the Tokyo image. When there are lots of people (or objects in general), the older AI image models would start to “round some corners” and make them look weird.

It’s fast. It’s very cheap. But the results just aren’t good.
The iguana image is the best out of the 3, it looks the “most realistic” out of the three. But still, it’s not even close to be fair.
15. Crystal Clear XL (WarAnakin)
WarAnakin’s Crystal Clear XL makes crisp, highly detailed images.

This one feels like “just another cheap AI image generator”.
It’s fast and affordable. But the results just aren’t there anymore.
If it were 2022, the results would be impressive. But today, you can name at least 10 AI generators that are better by leaps and bounds.

This also feels like “just another basic AI image generator”.
Yes, it got things done fast and cheap.
But at the same time, it’s not good at all.
Especially, the last result is not like a real image at all.
This model, made by PromptSharingSamaritan, is great at creating photorealistic stock images.
It works well for commercial use. At least that’s what they say.
It delivers high-quality visuals with realistic details and compositions.

But today, I’m not even sure why it’s listed on OpenArt’s catalog.

epiCPhotoGasm, made by epinikion, creates photorealistic images with a cinematic feel.

But the old lady looks pretty good. With some slight AI upscaling, it would be a usable image.
21. AWPortrait (DynamicWang)
DynamicWang’s AWPortrait focuses on realistic portraits.

24. SDXL Film Photography Style
SDXL Film Photography Style focuses on realistic film-like textures, depth, and lighting.

It focuses on both the subject and the environment.

26. RPG (Anashel)
RPG, made by Anashel, creates realistic scenes for gaming, storytelling, and immersive visuals. It focuses on lifelike environments that help tell a story.

All AI Image Generators in One Place!
Make sure to sign up for OpenArt.
There, you can use all these AI image generators in one place. Also, the platform does videos, AI image edits, and more in just one view.
Let me quickly show you how easy it is to use.
First, sign up.
Pick the AI image generator model you want to use.
You can access all major AI image generators in this place.
Isn’t that handy? Feel free to play around with those.
After the installation completes, you can add the plugin to your WordPress site. To upload it, just sign in to your WordPress site, go to Plugins → Add Plugin, click Upload Plugin, and select the file you just downloaded.
Click “Install Now” after you’ve uploaded the plugin file to the view.
Activate the plugin you just installed.
You should now see a new active plugin in your WordPress dashboard called “AI Chatbot for WordPress — Jotform.”
Now you should see the Jotform AI Chatbot in the left-hand panel as one of the tools.
Click the icon, then click “Try it now.”
Sign up for the service.
Allow Jotform’s access to your site.
Set up your chatbot for your site.
Here’s my setup just as an example:
If the text is hard to read, here’s what I told my AI chatbot:
Provide customer support for my users by answering questions based on my website content. Don’t look for info outside my site. If a topic isn’t covered, just let the user know no answer was found here.
Then hit “Create AI Chatbot.”
After that, wait for a second for the AI to read your site and learn all the information on it.
Pick a persona for your chatbot.
I picked my avatar to be a funny little 3D character.
Give your agent a name and its specific role.
I named it “Software Helper” since it lives on my software review site.
I also set its role as “Customer Support Agent.”
Then you can pick the rest of the AI persona settings — language, tone of voice, greeting message, and chattiness score.
Pick an agent style.
You can pick an existing color scheme, so no design skills are needed.
The preview on the left updates in real time, showing exactly how your AI chatbot will look with your settings.
You can even start interacting with your chatbot here, before you even hit publish.
Set the visibility.
From these settings, you can control how the chatbot appears on your site:
Layout — Pick the look. For example, Minimal gives a clean, simple style.
Position — Choose the left or the right side of the screen. I usually see it on the right, so that’s what I went with.
Pulsing — Turn this on if you want the avatar to gently pulse. I’m not sure what’s most common, so I kept it pulsing.
Open by default — Decide if it’s always open or only opens when clicked. I think opening it after 5 seconds grabs users’ attention.
Visible on — Choose if it shows on all devices or just some. I want it visible on everything for maximum accessibility, so no restrictions here.
Oh, and don’t forget that you can change visibility for specific pages in the advanced settings.
For example, if you don’t want the chatbot on your contact page, you can do this:
Isn’t it handy?
Finally, we have the Knowledge Base section.
Unlike most AI chatbots, you don’t need to tell this one to read your website content — it already does.
So if you just want a chatbot that answers questions based on your site, you don’t have to touch anything here.
But if you want the chatbot to use info from other resources, this is where you do it.
Here are your options:
So basically, you can:
Add Knowledge — Enter text info directly into the system.
Upload Documents — Train the chatbot with your files, like PDFs or Word docs.
Crawl URL — Pull content from web pages so the chatbot learns from your site.
Questions & Answers — Make simple Q&A pairs that the chatbot can use in conversations.
The AI will learn everything in these documents and use it in the chatbot whenever users ask related questions.
I won’t add more resources because I want the AI to only reply based on what’s on my site.
When you’re ready, just hit “Publish.” This makes your AI chatbot live on your website.
You can always unpublish it using the same button.
Anyway, now your website has a chatbot that knows the answers to everything on your site.
Isn’t that easy?
I tried a few test questions.
It nailed the first one:
This is from one of my top 10 posts, and the result matched exactly what the chatbot suggested.
Let’s try it again. This time, I asked how to contact the website.
The response was 100% correct again.
It even knew who founded the site, just from what I’ve shared on the About page.
But now, let’s see if it actually follows the instructions I gave it.
Let’s ask who the president of the United States is. Even though the answer is obvious, the chatbot should say it can’t find info about this on my site.
Here’s what happened:
Isn’t that cool?
The AI even knew not to answer a super basic question like this, since it’s not on my site.
I don’t want users treating my chatbot like a general ChatGPT and wasting my credits, so this setup is great for keeping spam in check.
Chatling is an easy-to-use drag-and-drop AI chatbot builder tool.
You can use this bot on any website to generate leads, do customer support, and more.
This platform is also beginner-friendly and requires no coding skills to implement it.
Now I will show you my experience with it.
My Experience
This tool also offers a free trial. Just go to their site and activate it.
After signing up, click on “Create chatbot.”
Choose the option that best fits what you want to do.
I created a Blog support bot for my website.
After this, you’ll need to set up your chatbot’s workflow. At first, this looked a bit intimidating and technical to me. But once you look at it for a minute, you’ll get the gist of it!
I just changed the welcome text, since the default workflow looked right to me.
Next, do the AI configurations. This is where you set the instructions for your bot.
I told the AI bot to only use my website for answers and not come up/search for anything.
Next, add a knowledge base for your AI bot. This is where the bot will get its answers from.
You can use URL lists, documents, text files, and more. I picked my website as the knowledge base.
Unlike the previous tool, this time it just took 3 minutes for the AI to read my pages.
Click the “Preview” button to test your AI bot. This lets you see the current version and interact with it.
For example, I asked my AI bot what’s realistic to earn as a blogger.
The answer it gave me honestly blew my mind:
That’s exactly what’s on my website. Plus, the AI shows the exact page it found the answer from.
This is impressive. When I clicked the links, they took me straight to the page with the info the AI gave me in the chat.
Once your AI is ready, just hit the Publish button in the top right corner.
Then you can embed it on your website or share a link for anyone to use.
This can save you a ton of time on customer support, lead generation, and more.
CustomGPT is another great custom AI chatbot builder.
This is not a WordPress plugin, but instead a general-purpose online AI chatbot builder tool.
This is almost as easy to set up as the previous one. Although here you’ll need to move some code around.
My Experience
Using CustomGPT is easy. Just go to their site and start your free trial.
Then, create a team.
Click “Create Project” to create a new chatbot.
Specify the data source.
This tool lets you use a lot of different data sources.
For example, you can connect it to a Confluence doc, Notion, or Zendesk chats.
In this example, I’ll create a chatbot for my website, so I’ll use my site as a data source.
To add a website, copy the URL into a view like this:
Click “Create Project.”
The default look is a bit outdated, to say the least. Make sure to customize the bot to make it look more modern.
Also, add a photo of yourself or someone from your team.
Next, create a persona for your agent. This is one of the most important steps.
You want your agent to reflect your company’s values and control how it responds.
I told my AI bot not to search the web or make things up, and to only use my website as a source.
After you’re all set, you can put your agent live!
You can customise how you want to show it on your site from these options.
I’ll just add it to a website as an Embed.
Here’s where you need to do a bit more hassle than with the Jotform chatbot: Now you have to move the code to your website to show your agent on your site.
So sign up to your WP dashboard.
Add a custom HTML block to your site.
Copy the code from the CustomGPT site to your HTML block.
This is how your WordPress page should look now.
Click the preview icon to see your page with the bot installed.
This is what my page looks like:
Start interacting with your bot on your site!
For me, it gave really accurate answers, which I’ll show in a second.
If everything looks good, go ahead and publish your page.
But here’s where I started to see some issues. On one of the attempts, the AI chatbot got stuck, and I could only see a view like this.
So I just restarted the process and created a new bot, which started to work after 20 minutes or so.
Here are some sample questions I asked my bot:
Here’s what’s cool about this chatbot: It will show you exactly where it got the information from!
I asked some more questions to make sure it knew what it was talking about.
Once again, it didn’t just give a perfectly accurate answer — it also offered extra steps and tips to follow.
On top of that, it showed me the pages on my site where it got the info.
This is crazy. Now I actually believe it when they say it can handle 93% of support requests. After seeing what it did on my site, that doesn’t seem surprising at all.
You don’t need any tech skills or knowledge to build it. For me, it took about 3 minutes to get it up and running on my website. Just install the plugin, set it up, and you’ll have a chatbot tackle your customer support on your site.
Let me show you how to do it and what kinds of results you can expect from it.
Once the installation completes, add the plugin to your WordPress website.
To upload, just sign in to your WordPress website, go to Plugins, “Add Plugin”, click “Upload Plugin”, and choose the file you just downloaded.
Once you’ve selected your plugin file, click “Install”.
Then activate the plugin.
You should now see a new active plugin in your WordPress dashboard called “AI Chatbot for WordPress — Jotform”.
Now you should also see the Jotform AI chatbot on the left-hand side panel as one of the tools. Click on the icon and click “Try it now”.
It then prompts you to sign up. You can use Google to do it to save clicks.
Once you’re in, allow Jotform’s access to your site.
Then set up your chatbot for your website.
For instance, here’s my setup:
If the text is hard to see, here’s what I told my AI chatbot:
Provide customer support for my users by answering questions related to my website content. Don’t search for information outside my site. If I haven’t covered the topic, just let the user know that no answer was found on this site.
Then hit “Create AI Chatbot”.
Then wait for a while (this depends on your website size).
Next, pick a persona for your chatbot.
I chose my avatar to be a 3D animal figure.
Then give your agent a name and role.
I call it “Software helper” since it lives on my software review website. I also gave it the role of “Customer Support Agent”.
Then choose the rest of the AI persona settings, that is, language, tone of voice, greeting message, and the chattiness score.
Then pick an agent style.
You can choose an existing color scheme, so you don’t need any design skills to do this.
Notice that the left-hand side preview shows in real time what your AI chatbot will look like with the current settings.
You can even interact with your chatbot here already, even before publishing the bot.
Then, pick the visibility.
From these settings, you can choose how the chatbot shows up on your site:
Layout — Select the look. For example, you can go with Minimal for a simple style.
Position — Place it on the Left or Right side of the screen. I commonly see it on the right, so I went with that.
Pulsing — Switch on if you want the avatar to gently pulse. I’m not sure what’s the most common one, so let’s keep it pulsing.
Open by default — Set if it’s always open or only opens when clicked. I think it makes sense to open it after 5 seconds for the users to pay attention to it.
Visible on — Decide if it shows on all devices or only specific ones. I want to be supportive on all devices for maximum accessibility, so I’m not going to restrict this one.
Oh, and don’t forget you can change the visibility on specific pages in the advanced settings.
For example, if you don’t want to show the chatbot on your contact page, you can do the following:
Isn’t it handy?
Then last but not least, we have the Knowledge base section.
Unlike most AI chatbots, you don’t need to tell the AI to read your website content—it already has.
So if you just want to have a chatbot that reads your website and gives answers based on your site, you don’t have to touch anything here.
But if you want the chatbot to include more information from other resources, this is the place to do that.
Here are your options:
So you can basically
Add Knowledge — Enter text-based info directly into the system.
Upload Documents — Train the chatbot using your files (like PDFs or Word docs).
Crawl URL — Pull content from web pages so the chatbot learns from your site.
Questions & Answers — Create simple Q&A pairs that the chatbot can use in conversations.
And the AI will learn every single piece of information in these documents and be able to use it in the chatbot as users ask questions related to those pieces of information.
I’ll not add more resources since I want the AI to only reply based on what exists on my site.
Once you’re ready, just hit “Publish”. This makes your AI chatbot go live on your website.
You can always unpublish from the same button.
Anyway, now your website has a chatbot that knows answer to everything that’s said on your site.
Isn’t that cool?
I asked some test questions.
It nailed the first one:
This is from one of my top 10 posts; the result is exactly as the chatbot suggests.
Let’s try it again. This time, I asked how to contact this website.
The response is once again 100% correct. It even knew who the founder of the site was based on what I’ve shared on this site’s about page.
But now, let’s see how well it obeys the instructions I gave to it.
Let’s ask who is the president of the United States. Even though the answer is obvious, the chatbot should tell that it can’t find information about this topic on this site.
Here’s what happened:
Isn’t that cool?
The AI knew to avoid answering even a very basic question like this, since it’s not covered on my site. I don’t want the users to treat my chatbot as a general ChatGPT-like bot and eat up my credits, so that’s why this system is really good for protecting from spam.
Easy to use: You don’t need any coding skills. Just download the plugin, upload it, activate it, and set it up. Other similar tools require you to know how to add code to your website, and so on. This one doesn’t.
High Ratings: I dug deeper with this one and spotted that the reviews consistently rate it super high, close to 5/5.
Affordable & Scalable Pricing: Very nice free trial version that you can freely mess around with before committing to a paid plan, which is affordable as well.
Supports Multiple Languages: Handy if you want to talk to visitors in their own language.
Customization: You can make your agent look like yours by choosing from the pre-made color schemes. You can make it talk like you. Also, you can give it instructions like you were talking to a human to train it.
WooCommerce Integration: This allows you to connect Jotform WordPress Agent with your online store.
Cons
No Custom Photo. I didn’t find an option to use my own photo as the chatbot’s profile picture directly on WordPress. However, you can set that on their website in the “Customization” section.
Generic writing. Even though the AI chatbot answered my test questions perfectly, the answers are written in a somewhat generic AI style.
Key Features
Before we wrap up, let me briefly show you the main features and capabilities of Jotform AI Chatbot Builder.
Agent Builder with Custom Training: Train your bot using your website, FAQs, documents, and URLs to ensure it answers based on your info.

Affogato is an AI tool for creating short videos from text.
I just created this ad with it with one 10-word input:
Crazy, huh?
The way this tool works is that you give it an idea, and it creates a video with a script, visuals, voice, music, and captions.
It is made for ads, TikToks, Reels, and product demos in general.
Let me show you how it works, more results, and my overall opinion on it.
Disclaimer: This post has affiliate links at no cost to you.
My Experience
Now, let me show you how to use this tool and the results I got with it.
To create with Affogato Agent, first, head over to their app.
Then, upload an image of what you want to create a video about.
For example, I’ll drop an image of this can of Coke.
Then, tell the AI what you want to create your video about and in what style.
For instance, I’ll tell the AI to create a “Create a Halloween-inspired TikTok ad for this Coca-Cola can.”
Then, you can choose your character from the “Character” list. I’ll use the Auto, but feel free to try any other AI actor.
First, the AI will create a script for your video, given your instructions.
You can edit these instructions if you want to. You can also tweak each scene by creating a new image or giving video prompts.
But as the first test, I just wanted to create the video as is.
Then just process the video. The AI will take 5–10 minutes to create your scenes.
For example, my video has seven separate short scenes that the AI is now working on.
Because it would otherwise feel slow, they’ll render each clip as they get ready.
Here’s my sample video:
That is insanely good, isn’t it? I mean, yes, it’s a bit generic. But c’mon. This is way, way better than what I expected. I literally gave it one prompt, and this is what I got.
But maybe this was just a lucky strike. Let’s give it another run. This time, I’ll use one of my images of a sweater on my friend’s brand.
I wanted to create a tennis-related TikTok for this piece of merch, since it’s a tennis brand.
Here are the scenes that the AI created:
I tweaked those just a touch with the timeline editor.
And off we go! Let’s see what we get this time. Other than that, I think this script and the scenes look good. So I just asked the AI to create the video.
Here’s the result:
This is so cool. Especially the first three scenes look so real.
Also, the voices and everything is there and looks so natural.
The only problems are the last two scenes when you have objects behaving in an unworldly way. For example, the last clip shows a tennis racket sliding through the shirt.
But this is easy to fix.
You can either generate a new scene, upload your own image, modify the image, or even by giving it a video prompt.
Just modify the script or regenerate the video.
Pricing
Standard: $14 per month. Best for small creators.
Ultra: $41 per month. For growing businesses.
Pro Max: $151 per month. For agencies or heavy use.
Enterprise: Custom pricing with extra credits and support.
Credits roll over each month. Annual plans are cheaper.
Let me quickly also mention some of the core features of this tool.
Type your idea and get a draft video in minutes
Custom avatars or upload your own characters
Voiceover options in many languages with lip sync
Automatic music and captions
Simple editing to replace clips or change pacing
Add logos, fonts, and product shots for branding
As you can see, it’s quite a tool. And most of these features aren’t just talk but they actually work unlike I’ve seen before.
Pros
This is so much easier and cheaper than hiring an agency to do this
The tool is ridiculously easy to use. Just drop an image and describe in one or two sentences what you want to do with it.
You can edit every scene and take pretty much full control what the AI creates if the results aren’t what you expected.
There are lots of AI actors to choose from.
Cons
The tool is a bit slow and also sometimes laggy. There’s no progress bar and you don’t really know when it’s going to be ready.
Short video limits on cheaper plans
Higher plans are costly (although I wouldn’t call it that since it would be 10–100X more costly to hire a team to do this).
Some videos need fixing before use. There were far less AI quirks in the videos than I expected, but still, some scenes just weren’t usable. I had to recreate and edit those.
Disclaimer: This article is reader-supported. If you choose to pay for the tools listed in this article, I might earn a small commission at no cost to you.
Now, let me show you my reviews and results with every single one of these tools.
(Update: I made a similar post earlier this year. However, based on emails I got, I updated this one with the latest attempts. I also removed some older tools and updated the post to be even clearer. Hope you like it!)
How I Tested Them
Two years ago, I tested AI detection tools, and they were awful.
They often flagged human-written text as AI and AI-written text as human.
Even the better tools were easy to trick — one typo could change a score from 100% AI to 0%. Not great.
This year, I decided to run the same experiment again.
I test each AI detector with:
3 AI-generated texts
3 human-written texts
If a detector passes those, I then try tweaking the AI-written text to see if it can be made to look human.
You’ll find the prompts and full details for this experiment at the end of the post.
aidetector.com is my favorite AI detector partner out there.
This tool detects not only text but also images.
Needless to say, this tool is ridiculously easy to use.
Just copy-paste text to the AI detector view and wait 2 seconds for the score. (The same goes for the AI images.)
Let me show you my results.
My Results
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 human-written posts:
That’s 2/3 correct, which is decent.
This brings me up to an important point: AI detection is possible but not 100% accurate, so make sure to only use it for general direction, not absolute truth.
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 AI-written posts:
That’s 3/3 correct.
These samples are indeed fully AI-written.
Results with Images
Then, I tried the image detector feature.
Here are the two real images I used this tool on:
The AI got both correct! That’s impressive.
Here are the two AI-generated images I tried with this model:
Awesome! The AI got both of these right, too, despite them being generated with the newest OpenAI o4 model.
Noteworthy
This is the best overall AI detector I tested. It works for both text and images, and it’s still simple to use.
The paid plan gives the best results, though.
It was also tough to fool. When I added typos to AI-written samples, it didn’t fall for it.
That said, no tool is perfect, and your results may vary.
If you plan to use these tools to “catch students cheating,” don’t bother.
Even the best detectors can wrongly flag formally human-written content as fully AI-generated.
Originality AI is the most popular AI detector tool out there.
This tool doesn’t just detect AI from text, but it also helps you check for plagiarism and even do content optimization. The latter is the part I love about this tool a lot. It’s fast and shows very new results, as long as it finds those on the internet.
Let me show you my experience with the AI detection features of Originality AI.
#1 AI Content Detector
To run AI detection on text, select the AI check box on the left.
Copy-paste the text to this view.
Hit “Scan”.
Here’s what I got on my AI-written sample:
That’s a 100% AI-written score, which is correct. The post was indeed produced by AI.
Let’s try it a couple of times to see how well it does.
AI text sample 1:
Correct!
AI text sample 2:
Correct!
AI sample 3:
That’s 3/3 correct.
Let’s see if it also correctly identifies human-written text as human-written and not AI…
Human text sample 1:
Correct!
Human text sample 2:
It missed that one. It suggests that the whole thing is written by AI, even though it’s me.
But here, I have to give it the benefit of the doubt because the text chapter is so short. The shorter it is, the harder it is to say.
Let’s try with a longer sample.
Human text sample 3:
Correct!
Let’s do one more. This time, I added a blog post, which is almost 1,000 words in length, that I wrote by hand.
That’s 3/4 correct.
The longer the post, the better I find this tool to be based on my tests. That’s why there’s a 100-word minimum word limit in Originality.ai.
Epic!
The AI can clearly see patterns and structures in content that are not that easy to see.
#2 Plagiarism Check
Originality does plagiarism checks, too. Just select the “Plagiarism check” feature and copy-paste content into the text field.
I copied and pasted a text chapter from my blog post to view to check the score:
Originality gives it an 80% match.
This means it’s plagiarized, which is true because that post already exists online (and I’m stealing it from myself, essentially).
But after I took that post, rewrote it with ChatGPT, I’m no longer getting a plagiarism alert.
This is correct because now the wording makes it an original piece of content.
Still, even with 100% original content, you might see some “plagiarism.” For example, if your text says “I drank milk yesterday,” it’s possible someone else has written the same thing before.
To better understand the content and any possible plagiarism, check the sources where the text might have been taken from:
If you click one of those matches, it points you to the sections from which the content has been taken.
Originality AI isn’t just for detecting AI-generated text — it’s a complete content quality platform.
It offers plagiarism checks, fact verification, readability scoring, and grammar correction in one place.
Recent updates added bulk scanning for site-wide audits, browser extensions for Chrome and WordPress, and API access so you can build checks into your workflow.
It also has content optimization and paraphrase detection in multiple languages.
It’s more advanced than the simple detectors, but if you’re serious about publishing with integrity, it’s a strong choice.
QuillBot is an AI writing tool for paraphrasing, grammar checking, and summarizing. But this tool also has one of the best free AI detectors on the market.
Let’s see what kinds of results I can get with it.
My Results
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 human-written posts:
That’s 3/3 correct!
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 AI-written posts:
Clean sweep! That’s also 3/3 correctly identified as AI-written.
Noteworthy
The AI detector is free to use, but after 5 tries it asks you to create an account before you can keep going.
Since it did so well in my tests, I tried to fool it by adding typos and mistakes.
But guess what? It still got it right:
This AI-written piece with some human-like typos did not fool the detector at all.
Along with detecting AI-generated content (including categories like “AI-generated” and “AI-refined”), it offers a paraphraser, grammar and spelling checker, summarizer, translator, citation generator, and plagiarism scanner in over 100 languages.
It supports bulk uploads and works with Chrome, Word, and desktop apps. There’s also a Synonym Slider to adjust tone.
While the AI detector wasn’t the strongest I tested, the other tools — like the AI grammar checker — are worth a look.
Phras.ly seems promising. They claim their detector is 99.8% accurate. Better yet, it’s 100% free to use.
But let me show you my results with the AI detector.
My Results
First, here are the human-written samples:
That’s 3/3 correct.
There’s one catch — this tool uses other AI detectors to create its results. In a way, it’s averaging what the other tools on this list say. So it’s not really its own AI detector.
Still, if it works, what’s not to like?
Let’s try it with the AI samples:
That’s 1/3 fully correct.
If you count the fact that it gave over 50% AI score for all the samples, then that’s a full 3/3, right?
That’s decent. But it’s not 99.8% right as it suggests.
NoteWorthy
This tool uses many AI detectors behind the scenes.
You can see that in the score. It’s not their AI detector but a combination of other tools on this list.
Other Features
Phras.ly goes beyond basic AI detection with a full AI writing enhancement toolkit.
It pairs its text detector (claimed 99.8% accuracy) with a built-in paraphraser, or “humanizer,” that can rewrite at easy, medium, or aggressive levels to reduce AI fingerprints.
It also has a plagiarism checker, bulk upload support, API access, and a sentence-selection feature so you can pick the version that best matches your voice.
Phras.ly is privacy-focused — your content isn’t stored — and reports are simple to download or share.
Scribbr is a proofreading and editing service that helps you improve your writing.
It offers plagiarism checks, citation tools, and expert feedback on grammar, clarity, and structure.
Let’s see if its AI detector is as good as it claims.
My Results
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 human-written posts:
Yay! That’s 3/3 of tests correctly identified as human-written.
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 AI-written posts:
Awesome! That’s also 3/3 of tests correctly identified as AI-written.
Noteworthy
This AI passed all my tests. It didn’t just say the AI-written pieces were “partly AI-written” — it correctly marked them as 100% AI-written, exactly as they were.
So I had to try a trick that worked two years ago: adding a typo to see if I could fool the detector.
Here’s what happened:
It still flagged the text as AI-written, even with the typo I added.
That’s impressive — it’s definitely getting harder to fool these tools.
One thing to note: you can’t use the Scribbr AI detector with less than 80 words of text.
Other than that, I think this free tool is just awesome.
Scribbr isn’t just for AI detection — it’s part of a full academic writing system.
It has a plagiarism checker that searches a large database of web pages and scholarly publications.
You also get grammar and citation tools, an AI proofreader, and paragraph-level feedback on AI-generated content in multiple languages. The platform focuses on privacy — your work isn’t stored — and you can download or share detailed reports.
That said, the AI detector itself didn’t leave a great impression.
CopyLeaks AI Detector spots AI-generated text by analyzing patterns and writing style.
It’s designed for educators, businesses, and content creators to check for AI-written content.
Let’s see how well it works.
My Results
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 human-written posts:
That’s 3/3 correct!
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 AI-written posts:
That’s 3/3 correct, too.
Noteworthy
I remember this tool being good even two years ago. I’m not sure if it was my number one pick, but I know it was in the top five AI detectors I tested back then.
The only issue it had this time was with the first AI-written sample, which it marked as 91% AI-written.
Now, let’s see if we can fool it with some typos. I removed a couple of periods and added a few typos to this text:
The AI detector was still able to point out that the content was fully written by AI.
That’s epic! So no longer do those simple tricks work on these best tools.
CopyLeaks isn’t just an AI detector — it’s a full content integrity platform.
Along with spotting AI-generated text from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others with over 99% accuracy, it has a plagiarism checker that searches academic databases and billions of web pages.
You can adjust sensitivity to catch paraphrased or spun content, scan source code for AI-generated snippets, and check for licensing issues. It also works with LMS and API integrations, so you can add checks to Google Docs, learning platforms, or your own app.
NoteGPT is an AI tool that lets you quickly summarize, transcribe, and organize different types of content, including YouTube videos, PDFs, lectures, audio files, and images.
One of its features is an AI detector, which I’m testing today. The best part is it’s free, and you don’t need to sign up to use it.
Let’s see the results.
My Results
Here are the AI detection scores for the human-written samples:
That’s 3/3 correct!
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 AI-written posts:
That’s 1/3 correct if you want a 100% score.
But to be fair, the AI flagged all of them to be over 50% AI-written, so in that sense, I can call it 3/3 too.
However, it wasn’t as confident as other tools on the list.
Noteworthy
NoteGPT is not just an AI detector but more like an AI quick tools platform.
Besides AI detection, this platform can summarize, transcribe, and organize all kinds of content, including YouTube videos, PDFs, lectures, audio, and images.
You can paste a video link or upload a document, and it will instantly give you a clean transcript, a short summary, and even flashcards or mind maps to download.
It’s free to start, but after a few uses, you’ll need to create an account.
That’s worth noting because some companies try to offer every feature under the sun, and while each one works okay, none of them are perfect. This is why I suggest using a platform that focuses on AI detection instead of trying to do 100 different things.
Other Features
NoteGPT is more than just an AI detector — it’s more like a note-taking and study tool.
You can summarize YouTube videos, PDFs, articles, audio files, and more, then organize your insights in folders or mind map layouts.
It also has an AI Humanizer that finds AI-generated text and rewrites it to sound more natural.
You can use it without logging in, and browser extensions are on the way, making it easy to fit into your daily writing workflow.
That said, the detection system didn’t leave a good impression. It simply doesn’t work.
SurgeGraph is an SEO tool that also has a free AI detector.
I tested it, and it’s convenient because you don’t need to sign up. Just go to the site, paste your text into the box, and wait about three seconds.
Here are my results.
My Results
First, here are the human-written samples:
That’s 3/3 correct.
With the very first sample, it showed 11% AI, which wasn’t correct. So right away, it’s questionable how well it works.
Here are the tests with the AI-written text samples:
That’s just 1/3 correct.
So, once again, a tool that works well with human-written samples but can’t detect AI.
NoteWorthy
SurgeGraph isn’t really an AI detector — it’s an SEO tool that happens to have a free AI checker.
Because of that, it’s not surprising that the detector doesn’t work well. It got the human-written posts right but failed badly on the AI samples.
This isn’t new. Any AI detector that isn’t updated with the latest AI patterns won’t work well. This one is mainly there to promote SurgeGraph’s main SEO tools, so it’s hard to say when it was last updated.
Other Features
SurgeGraph.io offers tools for SEO and content editing.
It has a long-form text generator that focuses on keyword use, a keyword research tool to find search terms, and an editor that gives on-page suggestions.
You also get topic grouping to organize ideas and a simple planner to track articles. All of these are meant to help you write original content that’s easier to optimize for search engines.
Grammarly is an AI writing assistant that checks grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
It gives suggestions to improve clarity and readability, making it useful for emails, essays, and professional documents. As a content creator, I use Grammarly daily for spell-checks and similar tasks — it’s great at them.
But today, I’m testing its AI detection feature (which I didn’t even know it had).
Let’s see how it does.
My Results
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 human-written posts:
That’s 3/3 correctly identified as “human written.”
Terrific!
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 AI-written posts:
Technically, that’s 0/3 correct.
That’s not so good. Yes, it was able to tell that there was some “AIness” in the writing in every AI content piece.
However, it wasn’t flagging these entirely AI-written pieces of text as AI-written.
Noteworthy
Grammarly’s AI detector is slower than most of the others.
While other tools gave results in one or two seconds, Grammarly took almost 10 seconds to analyze my short text samples — and longer texts will take even more time.
So as an AI detector, it’s a bit of a letdown compared to the rest. But I have to say, Grammarly’s AI writing features are excellent, and I’ve been using them for over four years.
I use Grammarly every day and have for almost five years — but not for AI detection. I use it for grammar checking.
Grammarly offers grammar and spelling checks, clarity improvements, and tone adjustments. It can rephrase sentences, suggest better word choices, and give readability scores.
It also has plagiarism detection that checks against online sources. You can use it as a web app, a browser extension, or through integrations with Word and Google Docs. I especially like the Chrome extension.
Isgen can detect AI-generated and AI-edited images and identify the AI model used, along with a probability score.
It can also flag AI text at the sentence and phrase level, lets you upload multiple files at once, and allows you to export detailed reports.
The platform supports over 80 languages, offers bulk scanning, tracks document history, and includes a plagiarism checker and citation generator for academic work.
Undetectable AI is Forbes’ top-rated AI detection platform, claiming it can reliably tell AI-written text from human-written content.
Let’s see how it does. I’ve got high hopes after seeing that Forbes listing.
My Results
Here are the AI detection scores for the 3 human-written posts:
That’s just 2/3 correct.
This is actually one of the few tools on the list that failed with human-written text.
Here are the AI detection scores for the three AI-written posts:
That’s just 1/3 correct.
Noteworthy
So far, this is the worst-performing AI detector I’ve tested.
I’m honestly surprised Forbes lists it as the number one AI detector — it’s not.
I’m also not a fan of the UI. It looks like something thrown together over a weekend, right after ChatGPT launched.
I wouldn’t recommend this one.
Other Features
Undetectable AI combines an AI detector with a text humanizer that rewrites AI-generated content to make it harder to detect (which is a bit funny. I’ll talk more about that later in the post).
It lets you upload text, runs it through multiple detectors, and then edits sentence structures, word choices, and phrasing.
You can export reports, process large blocks of content at once, and track your documents from a dashboard. It’s free up to a certain limit, after which you’ll need a paid plan.
Surfer SEO includes tools to support on-page SEO and content planning beyond AI detection.
If you’ve read my blog content, I don’t really use SEO tools like this. Also, because this is a tool that didn’t work in the AI detection side, I would stay away from it.
Nonetheless, I still want to share what it does for the curious readers.
Its Content Editor scans content and gives you keyword and structure guidance, while a built-in plagiarism checker highlights duplicates in your draft.
Surfer gives you file version history, image insertion, and table formatting features.
The platform includes a standalone Audit tool that evaluates existing pages for SEO issues — like missing terms, internal links, or structure improvements — and a Keyword Research module that identifies search volume, difficulty, and content clusters.
SciSpace is an AI tool that helps you find, read, and understand research papers without getting lost in complicated jargon.
You can upload any PDF or pick from millions of papers, then ask questions, get summaries, and see everything explained in plain language.
It also has an AI detector that checks if the text is original or AI-written.
I tested it myself. Let me show you how it went.
My Results
First, here are the human-written samples:
That’s technically 3/3 correct.
However, with the last two samples, it suggested about 30% AI, which is not true. So it already kind of failed the challenge.
Here are the tests with the AI-written text chapters:
That’s technically 0/3 correct.
Yes, it was 50/50 with two samples. But that’s a coin flip, and you can’t draw any conclusions from that. You’d either want to see this score being 0% or 100% or very close to either.
NoteWorthy
If you try it, make sure to check the “Scientific” or “Non-Scientific” checkboxes based on what your text is. It can swing the score by a large margin if the AI thinks this is not supposed to be scientific text, but it is.
This tool lets you try the AI detector once without signing up. Then you need to sign up, and after 5 attempts, it will prompt you to buy a plan. However, the detector still seems to work if you just ignore the payment window.
Notice that this tool is not just an AI detector but rather a scientific paper helper platform with all sorts of features.
But for whatever that’s worth, this tool didn’t work. It already stumbled with the human-written samples, and it completely failed with the AI ones.
Other Features
SciSpace lets you check PDFs or pasted text for AI-generated writing, scoring with sentence-level breakdowns, and report downloads.
It includes a chat assistant for understanding and summarizing research papers, a paraphrasing tool with multiple tones, and an in-text citation generator.
You can search across tons of academic papers, pull data from PDFs, and export citations in different styles.
It also supports organization with folders and keeps a history of your scans and documents.
Smodin is another free AI detector platform that mainly focuses on AI content and AI detection.
Let’s see what kinds of results I got with it.
My Results
First, here are the human-written samples:
That’s 3/3 correct.
It’s a promising start.
Let’s test it with the AI samples to see more results:
That’s just 1/3 correct.
So this tool doesn’t work reliably enough to spot AI in your writing. It’s as simple as that.
NoteWorthy
The free use is limited on this AI detector. You can only check the AI 5 times per week for free, which to me is ridiculous, considering it’s advertised as a free AI detector.
It even has an IP tracking system to make sure you don’t use it for free for more.
Definitely not worth a shot.
Other Features
Smodin’s AI detector can flag AI‑written sections at the sentence level and supports uploads of text or documents up to 5,000 characters.
It highlights flagged sentences, offers a report download, and doesn’t require an account.
Beyond detection, it includes a plagiarism checker, paragraph rewriter, summarizer, citation tool, grammar corrector, translator, and an “AI humanizer” that rewrites AI-generated content.
It supports many languages and can process multiple files or bulk scans.
I’m just going to call it that because there’s a tool for everything…
However, as you’ll soon see, the fact that a tool “does it all” usually means it doesn’t do anything at all.
Let me show you my results with the AI detector.
My Results
First, here are the human-written samples:
That’s technically 3/3 correct.
However, with all the content pieces, it says there’s between 15–30% AI in the mix, which is not true. So in this sense, it’s all wrong already.
Here are the tests with the AI-written text chapters:
That’s 0/3 correct.
This tool just doesn’t work. You get all these cool numbers and probability analysis, etc. But the truth is that it’s just not there. It claimed all my AI samples to be mostly human-written.
But then, it also claimed that my human-written posts are partially generated with AI.
NoteWorthy
Once again, this is a general-purpose AI platform that claims to have all the AI tools for everything.
But as it turned out, even the AI detector didn’t work at all, and it was the only tool I tested on this website. I think this just goes to show you that most AI detectors don’t work and that you should only use tools that focus on AI detection instead of trying to nail 100 things at the same time.
Other Features
DeCopy AI combines AI detection with tools that help refine text. You can summarize documents, simplify complex writing, humanize AI-generated content, and paraphrase sentences.
It also checks grammar and translates text into different languages.
On top of that, it supports uploading PDFs and large files, offers a Chrome extension, and lets you download detection reports.
It aims to be a utility for turning rough drafts into clearer, more natural content.
Writer.com is an AI writing platform that offers a free AI detector. You can use it without signing up.
Let’s see how it plays out.
My Results
First, here are the human-written samples:
That’s 3/3 correct.
It looks promising. Even though it’s not a full 100% score in any of the results, it’s pretty close.
Let’s test it with the AI samples too:
That’s 0/3 correct.
Well, that’s embarrassing. This seems to be just another AI detector that’s stuck in time. The tool always gives you a human score closer to 100% — whether your content is written by AI or not… Interesting, to say the least.
NoteWorthy
I wish this worked. The platform looks cool, and it’s easy to use. The tool is fast, and the other features look promising as well. But as you can see, this just didn’t do it.
I thought this was an AI SEO/writing platform, but it appears that they’re now an AI agent platform.
I’ll come back to it a year or two from now, and let’s see if they’ve picked up on the latest trend then. 😉
Nonetheless, I don’t recommend using this detector. It just doesn’t work.
Other Features
Writer.com includes a simple AI detector for up to 5,000 words without a sign-up.
It also gives you a writing assistant with grammar and style suggestions, customizable style guides, and terminology management for teams.
There’s plagiarism detection, backlink checking, and a content editor that integrates SEO guidance, too. I have to be honest and say that I don’t use tools like this.
The platform supports team workflows with shared word quotas and API access for developers.
There’s real-time feedback through browser extensions and integrations with tools like Google Docs and Word.
The AI detector was one of the worst ones I’ve tested, though. It was easy to use, but it just didn’t work.
ContentDetector AI is, as the name suggests, an AI-powered content detection tool that spots AI in your writing for free. This tool works without you signing up for it, which is nice.
But does it work? Let’s see how it plays out!
My Results
First, here are the human-written samples:
That’s technically 2/3 correct.
However, it wasn’t sure with any one of the samples, which already shows that the tool doesn’t really work.
Let’s test it with the AI samples to see more:
That’s technically 0/3 correct.
This failed miserably. This is one of the worst AI detectors I’ve tested. I mean, how do they even call it one? It gave better human scores for the text samples than the human-written ones did. So this tool claims AI writes better than humans? Makes no sense to me!
NoteWorthy
ContentDetector AI simply doesn’t work. I don’t recommend giving it a shot.
The UI is nice, and the tool doesn’t nag about paying/signing up. But that’s literally all there’s to it. The technology just doesn’t work, as simple as that.
Other Features
ContentDetector.ai scans pasted or uploaded text to flag AI-generated content and provides a percentage-based likelihood score.
It also includes a built-in word counter and supports unlimited free checks.
You can do bulk scans of multiple URLs or text blocks, run plagiarism and grammar checks, and assess readability.
Results are highlighted inline and can be downloaded as reports.
A browser extension and API integration allow for checks directly within workflows.
JustDone is a comprehensive AI writer tool that helps users create authentic, polished content.
It offers AI Detector, Plagiarism Checker, Humanizer, Fact Checker, and Citation Generator to detect AI-generated or plagiarized text, and more
But let’s see how it plays out when it comes to the AI detection.
My Results
First, here are the human-written samples:
That’s 0/3 correct.
It’s just terrible. I mean, does it even do anything? Does it just want me to click that “Remove AI Content” button and pay a fortune for it to rephrase a harmless, good-looking human-written piece of text?
What a shame!
Let’s test it with the AI samples out of curiosity:
That’s technically 3/3 correct.
But did anything change? When I input human-written text, it gave me very similar AI scores.
In this sense, I’d say it failed all 6 tests miserably.
NoteWorthy
Don’t use. It doesn’t work. Not even close.
However, notice that the average AI score was lower with my AI-written text than with the human-written text. This was just pathetic. One of the worst ones I’ve ever seen, for sure.
Other Features
JustDone combines AI detection with text editing tools.
It can highlight AI‑sounding passages and then rewrite them in your style with a single click. It also checks facts, flags possible plagiarism, and offers grammar correction, paraphrasing, summarizing, quiz-generation, and citation tools.
You can access these features via uploads, browser extension, or API for developers.
You can export reports, run bulk scans (including code and PowerPoint), and bookmark document history, so it doubles as both a detector and a lightweight writing assistant.
My Test Setup
Let me show you how I tested these tools so that you can save time if you want to run a similar small-scale experiment.
I tested every single tool with the same inputs, that is:
3 human-written pieces of text
3 AI-written pieces of text
So it’s a very basic test to essentially rule out those that don’t work at all.
If you want to run a similar experiment but don’t want to spend time writing text (or generating it with AI), here are the prompts I used for the AI detectors.
Human-written sample 1
However, there’s another strategy you can use to earn much more with just a handful of subscribers. I’m talking about affiliate marketing. I started to post on my new channel about 10 months ago, and now I have 1,890 subscribers. That doesn’t sound like a lot, but that channel makes over $5,000 per month already. Last month was closer to $10,000. It all comes from affiliate marketing. So I test products and get paid whenever someone views my video and buys a product that I recommend. Also, because the products I test are all AI software, I can test those for free. So I’m making $5,000+ per month by sharing my screen and publishing it on YouTube. I just made a full 24-minute video on this topic and how you can do the same.

Let me show you the best digital business card platforms and how to use them. These tools let you create a shareable business card in 60 seconds. With these tools, you can also manage contacts, and make sure your information is always up to date. You can even see analytics of how many people have viewed and interacted with your cards to see how you business card campaigns and networking strategies have played out. You can just say goodbye to the age-old paper cards that used to be the thing back in the day. Let me show you how it works and how to make the most out of it.

To find success as a blogger, you need to solve problems for your audience. But not just any problems. Solve problems that nobody else has solved yet. In other words, be the first to the party. If you look at any successful blogs or bloggers, those have been around for decades. That’s like any other business. It’s not just hard work but it’s all about timing. For example, to start a successful crypto blog, you should’ve started one about 10 years ago. Or to start a successful weight-loss blog, you should’ve started 20 years ago. Once again, 99% of my blogging income is from trendy topics that have no coverage yet. That’s just the name of the game. If you target the wrong topic (which 99% of the topics are), it doesn’t matter if you use AI or not. You’re not going to find success either way.

You don’t need a ton of subscribers to make money on YouTube. With affiliate marketing, even small channels can earn commissions. Here’s how: Pick a profitable niche where people are ready to buy, like tech, software, tools, or fitness gear. Join high-paying affiliate programs — skip low-commission links and go for SaaS tools, software, and recurring commission programs like SEMrush or TubeBuddy. Create buyer-focused content such as reviews, comparisons, and tutorials. People searching for “Best X for Y” or “How to Use X” are primed to buy. Optimize for search by using keywords in your title, description, and tags to rank on YouTube. Leverage other platforms by embedding videos in blog posts and sharing them on socials for extra traffic. With the right strategy, you can make money without a massive following.

Traditional paper business cards are outdated. In today’s digital world, you need a smarter way to share your contact details. Digital business cards make networking effortless — letting you share links, social profiles, and contact info instantly with just a tap or a scan. But with so many platforms available, which one is the best for your needs? Whether you’re a freelancer, entrepreneur, or corporate professional, choosing the right digital business card platform can help you make a lasting impression. In this post, I’ll break down the best digital business card platforms, comparing features, pricing, and ease of use so you can find the perfect fit. Let’s dive in!
AI-written sample 3
Most bloggers struggle because they focus on topics that have already been covered a thousand times. If you want real success, don’t just write about popular subjects — solve problems that nobody else has solved yet. Think about your audience. What questions do they have that don’t have clear answers? What frustrations do they face that others overlook? Your job as a blogger is to fill those gaps. When you create content that delivers unique solutions, you stand out, rank higher on search engines, and attract a loyal following. Instead of writing another generic “10 Tips for Productivity” post, dig deeper. Find a niche issue, offer an original perspective, or explain something better than anyone else. That’s how you build authority and grow your blog into a real business. Success in blogging isn’t about writing more — it’s about solving the right problems.
Feel free to use these text samples.
Also, if you get good scores, don’t forget to tweak the AI inputs a bit by introducing intentional typos or mistakes. 2 years ago, that was enough to completely fool the AI detectors.
Yes, that’s a low sample size, but this already shows you if the tools can be trusted or not in the first place. Most tools fails with the first or second sample already, so you don’t need a big sample size to know that they do NOT work.
How to Do It Better
One thing you should keep in mind is that this test is limited.
I’m just testing the tools with some ChatGPT-written content as well as some samples that I’ve taken from my own blog posts.
If you want to get more reliable results, you have to do a whole bunch more experiments than with just one human and one AI model. Instead, you should:
Use different prompts
Use different LLMs, such as DeepSeek or Grok, to generate
Choose text from multiple humans
Try mixing AI into the human-written content
That’s a good couple of weeks of testing easily.
But to save you from that, I can tell you one thing: AI detectors are getting better. However, they will never be able to tell for certain if a text is AI-written or not. Thus, you shouldn’t judge people by these “AI scores.” It just doesn’t work.
The point of this post was to give you direction on what tools work decently and save you from having to sign up for / test all these services.
Also, if a couple of tests show bad signs, it’s not going to get better with more tests, so that’s also one of the reasons why I wrote this review — to test which tools are not working at all.
Adobe Fireflies promises a free AI video generator.
Let’s see if it works.
First, let’s head over to their homepage to see if there was a prompt box without a sign-up:
There’s one! Looks promising.
However, when I entered the prompt to view, it asked me to sign up:
No problem, if I get to use it for free, why not sign up?
As I signed up, I was presented with a box stating that generating AI videos is a premium feature. However, the tool gives you two videos for free!
So I gave it a shot. I entered the prompt into the prompt box again:
I waited for a minute.
And here’s the result:
Although it’s a short clip, I like it. I was expecting it to be bad. I know the AI video generator technology costs a lot, so I wouldn’t have been surprised if the tool was paid and with no free videos.
Also, since the free plan had 2 free videos, I gave it another try. I created a similar video with the same prompt, but this time in a TikTok/Reels style.
Here’s the second result:
I tried it again, but then it asked me to pay for the next creation.
Nonetheless, they promised a free AI video generator, and that’s what I got. At least I got a feeling for how it works and what kinds of content I can make with it.
However, if we’re honest, this is quite limited. Just two creations, and each clip is just 5 seconds in length.
We’re in the early stages of this technology. I believe this to evolve a lot in the next years. Who knows if in 2–3 years you can make entire movies for free…
Then, the next very promising-looking free AI video generator is Prome AI.
Their Google page has crazy good reviews, and they promise a free AI video generator.
This must be a banger, right?
For my convenience, this tool didn’t even ask for a sign-up. It made me go directly to this page, where I can start creating:
I then had to choose a style. I went with the Sci-Fi option:
Only then did the tool ask me to sign up:
I did, and then the AI started to create my video for free!
At this point, I had tested like 10 tools in a row that were supposed to be free, and none of them were. So I was happy to find out that this one didn’t redirect me to a landing page that asks for a payment, but it started to make the video instead.
Here’s the result I got:
That’s a short AI clip that clearly looks uncanny and weird. But at the same time, it’s kind of impressive considering the tool is free.
I had to try it again to see if I’d get a better output.
Here’s another one that I made with it:
To be fair, that’s a nice clip.
It doesn’t have the people around that I asked for. But anyway, it remains intact for the short 5 seconds, and it kind of looks cool.
Once again, I’m sure this is not even close to what you’d expect from a free AI video generator. But at least this one got something done without asking for a payment, unlike most tools out there.
Artlist.io is the next tool that promises a free AI video generator.
Let’s try it.
On the homepage, it shows a prompt box, similar to ChatGPT, where you can enter your video idea.
However, this tool doesn’t turn text directly into videos.
So I can’t use the prompt I tested with other tools. Instead, I have to give it an input image.
That’s why I entered the same prompt to ChatGPT to make an initial image of the scene. I did this so that I can then take this image and enter it into the AI image-to-video generator by Artlist.
I tried to enter the image, but the tool then asked me to sign up.
I did that to find out that it had deleted the image I just entered the view.
However, that’s just a small inconvenience. I entered the image to the view again with the same prompt I always do:
After this, I sent the image with the prompt to the free AI video generator and waited.
After a minute, I got this image video back:
However, it turns out I can’t even download it without a paid plan.
Also, if I’m honest, the video is not too impressive. Especially if you compare it with Adobe, this is nothing.
However, I have to give it to them since they promised a free AI video generator and gave something free.
But to be fair, one bad video you can’t download is not really what users think when they search for “AI video generator free”.
So, compared with other free AI video generators, unfortunately, this was one of the best, and it’s not good.
CapCut is a popular video editor, but apparently, they also offer an entirely free AI video generator that turns your text inputs into videos.
This looks promising to me. I didn’t know such a feature existed in CapCut.
Let’s give it a try.
First, I noticed that CapCut is not an online tool. Instead, it’s a downloadable piece of software. I did the download to save your time. Let’s see how the video creation went.
Then it prompted me to pick the AI video feature. There are instant AI videos, brainstorming, avatar videos, and media matching.
To be honest, none of these AI video generators sounds like something I was expecting. To me, these seem more like video editing-related features.
However, I gave Instant AI Video a try. I entered the same prompt I did with all the other AI video generators:
Then the tool prompted me to sign up.
I did this, but at this point, it got a bit annoying since I had downloaded the tool, and now I’d have to go back to their site to sign up. I can see where this is going…
Then I started to create the video. Or the AI did. I just had to wait for a minute.
To my surprise, I got something back! I was 100% sure that this was a paid generator because of the number of steps I had already.
However, here’s the result video I got from CapCut AI:
Ok… That’s just absolute trash. It’s an AI image with a voiceover and some text.
Let’s be fair. Out of the tens of thousands of people who search for free AI video makers every month online, I bet nobody expects results like this.
Also, considering I had to download the tool, sign up, and wait a lot at every step of the way, I have to say this was a low blow. If you want to make videos with AI, don’t waste your time with this feature.
Although one thing I must say: CapCut is an excellent video editor tool. There’s no denying that. I think it’s one of the most beginner-friendly tools out there for that purpose.
But the AI video generator is just bad.
By the way, from this point on, the results are going to be either bad or nonexistent. There are no good free AI video generators on the market yet! That’s just the name of the game!
Wall of Shame: “Free” AI Video Generators That Weren’t
Towards the end of the post, I wanted to create a list of tools that were supposed to be free but weren’t.
So here it is:
DeepAI — Promises free, no-login AI videos. In reality? Paywalls at every click. Total waste of time.
Kapwing — Signs you up just to hit you with a paywall. No thanks.
Pika AI (via Pollo AI) — Love Pollo AI, but “free” apparently means “expensive”. Paywall right after sign-up.
Runway ML (via Pollo AI) — Multi-hundred-dollar yearly fee for what was supposed to be free. Hard pass.
Kreado AI — Technically free, but only creates rigid AI presentation videos. No creative freedom here.
Synthesia AI — Slick marketing, but it’s only niche AI presentations. Definitely not the text-to-video magic you expect.
Genape — Stuck in a never-ending queue. Free? Maybe. Usable? Nope.
Zebracat — Claims to make free videos “10x faster”. Spoiler: you’ll be 10x faster at finding the paywall.
All these tools claimed to be free, but once you signed up, you immediately had to pay without getting any sort of free trial or anything like that.
Thanks for Reading
If you made it all the way here, thanks for reading. Sorry, but right now there are no better free AI video generators. Also, most of the free AI video generators aren’t free.
I think these tools aren’t supposed to be free since they cost a lot to run those expensive AI models.
The companies would be taking big hits if they offered their tools for free.
However, perhaps they could stop claiming their tools are free if they aren’t.
The platform is ridiculously easy to use. Simply visit this page to create your QR code for free.
Just as an example, you can enter a website URL to create your card.
This will then create a QR code that, once scanned, brings the person to the URL you specified in the field.
Because it’s a quality platform, there’s not just one QR code, but you can choose one that best fits the mood/your brand.
Notice that you can also:
Make your QR code updateable
Track the performance (analytics)
Enable GPS information
Also, it’s not just a QR code generator for websites. The platform has got you covered, whatever you’re trying to make QR-scannable.
There are PDFs.
You have app downloads.
You can create Contact Cards.
Heck, you can even create a QR code for a location.
There are so many QR code options that you won’t face any obstacles with this platform.
Let me show you a more detailed look at one of the QR codes that I created.
First, I picked the Website QR code option from the above list.
I then chose a QR code template that looked the best for me.
I also customized the QR code URL page, so that it’s not a random, fishy-looking URL.
Then I gave the QR code a name.
And then I published it.
Once I did that, the QR code is now sitting at my QR Codes library from which I can track its performance and do edits to it.
One thing that’s super handy here is that you can download the QR code in all the most common formats.
Also, you can edit the code after the fact. For example, you can duplicate it, create a template, label it, or change the details.
Here’s a full-screen version of my QR code. I may have deactivated it when you’re reading this, so don’t worry if the scanning doesn’t work anymore. It’s just a test QR code anyway.
Now, let’s talk about the analytics of the QR codes you create.
It’s one thing to put a QR code out there, but it’s an entirely different thing to know how it’s performing. That’s something you don’t want to do by guess. Instead, you want to see reliable data on the number of scans, unique scans, locations, and more.
To view your QR code analytics, head over to Viewer Analytics in your QR Codes tab.
This shows you the number of total scans, whether it’s the same person or multiple persons.
Also, you get to see the number of unique scans, which lists the number of people that have scanned your QR code.
So, for example, if one person scans your code 100 times, the Total Scans says 100, but the Unique Scanners says 1.
I noticed that this information is updated very quickly. I scanned my QR code 3 times, and it didn’t take more than 15 seconds for the dashboard to reflect that.
Notice that you get a view to more granular analytics too. You can see daily charts. You’ll see the devices used to scan your codes. Also, you’ll see the most active times of the day when your code has been scanned.
Last but not least, you also get to see from where your QR codes are scanned.
Notice that Uniqode is not just a plain QR code platform. Instead, it’s a proper QR code system for businesses. It allows you to create:
Linkpages — A web page that contains multiple hyperlinks, often used for navigation, promotion, or social media bios.
Forms—This feature allows for gathering responses from your scanners.
Digital Business Cards—These replace the physical wallet cards with QR-scannable digital wallet cards you can place in Apple/Google wallet on your smart device.
Landing pages—This is a basic information-rich, neatly designed website where you can send people from your business cards or QR codes.
If you want to build a link page, there are lots of good-looking templates to choose from.
To build a form, you can watch the tutorial on the forms page.
If you want to create a mobile-optimal landing page for yourself, that’s possible in Uniqode too.
Also, don’t forget about the integrations that Uniqode offers.
Lastly, for the technical readers out there, it’s good to know that once you create your code, it will automatically create an API key for it.
This is useful if you want to integrate your app and create custom QR code campaigns.
Notice that Uniqode also lets you create a digital business card. To do this, just switch to the Cards tab in the dashboard.
For example, here’s a card I created for myself:
You can create these types of cards just by filling in your details, adding/removing buttons, and customizing the colors.
The tool also creates a QR code for your business card, which is handy, since you can save this to your Apple/Google wallet for easy access.
Similar to QR codes, you can track the analytics of your business cards easily with the tool.
Overall, this is a great platform for creating QR codes and digital business cards. As you can see, it meets all your demands, from creating QR codes for many purposes to tracking the performance.
